By accessing the National Excellence Advisory Benchmark (NEAB) website, US Physical Therapist Elite platform, or purchasing award items, you agree to the following terms:

1. Recognition Process

Recognition is awarded only to professionals who meet NEAB's independent selection criteria based on publicly available information. Recognition cannot be purchased, applied for, or influenced by payment.

2. Award Purchase

Recognition itself carries no monetary cost and is awarded independently. Award purchase fees cover only the design, manufacturing, engraving, and shipping of physical award items through Prestige Awards Group LLC.

3. Directory Listings

Recognized professionals may be listed in NEAB directories with their consent. NEAB reserves the right to edit or remove listings to maintain accuracy, compliance with standards, or legal requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

NEAB provides recognition and award services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, patient outcomes, increased referrals, or professional benefits. NEAB is not liable for business performance, public perception, patient decisions, or third-party actions related to recognition.

5. Recognition Validity

Recognition reflects professional standing at the time of review and may be updated or re-evaluated annually based on continued compliance with selection standards.

6. Intellectual Property

NEAB logos, badges, and recognition materials are proprietary. Recognized professionals may use provided digital assets for legitimate business purposes but may not alter, redistribute, or misrepresent recognition status.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Your State].
